2.3 Account Limit. Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) luky91 account. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, luky91 reserves the right to close the duplicate account(s), transfer balances to the original account, void any bonuses claimed on the duplicate, and permanently suspend the user in cases of deliberate abuse.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.5 KYC Verification. luky91 is required to verify the identity of its users ("Know Your Customer" / KYC). You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, passport, utility bill, or other documents at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luky91 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
3.2 All activity conducted under your luky91 account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you, unless you have notified us of suspected unauthorised access in writing at [email protected].
3.3 luky91 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds held therein to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Currency. The functional currency of luky91 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. luky91 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods may change at luky91's discretion with reasonable notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or cashier screen.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification completion. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. luky91 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigations or KYC completion.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. luky91 reserves the right to levy an administration fee on dormant account balances in accordance with applicable law. You will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
5.1 All luky91 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.
5.2 Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6.2 luky91 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in the odds was published due to a technical or human error. Users who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their bets voided and may face account restrictions.
6.3 Cricket betting on luky91, including PSL markets and international fixtures, is subject to the applicable cricket-specific settlement rules. Match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, and no-result scenarios are settled in accordance with published rules.
7.1 All casino games available on luky91 – including slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games – are governed by the specific rules of each game as presented within the game interface.
7.2 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, the hand or spin will be voided and any stake involved will be returned to the player's balance. luky91 is not liable for losses attributed to network connectivity issues on the user's end.
